The Golden Sword was a sword that appeared in The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past. When Link threw the legendary Master Sword (previously upgraded to the Tempered Sword) to Venus, the Fairy Queen cursed by Ganon found within the Pyramid of Power, she transforms it into the Golden Sword, which has a golden blade, green hilt, and is four times stronger than the Master Sword.
