Where do you people get that the Golden Sword in ALTTP is the Master Sword from? When you drop your tempered Master Sword on the pond and the Fat Fairy gives you the Golden Sword, she says "I will give you something better in return", not "I'll upgrade your sword". In the Nintendo Player's Guide for ALttP, when talking about accessing the Cursed Fairy on page 135, one of the image captions states "Inside the Pyramid tunnel, Link found a Faerie who strengthened the Master Sword." — Link Lab ^(Talk) 18:54, 6 April 2018 (UTC)
