The {{Term|BotW|Ranch}} was located outside of {{Term|BotW|Mabe Village|link}} in {{Term|BotW|Hyrule Field|link}}. It resembled the {{Term|Series|Lon Lon Ranch|link}} in shape, but any connection between the two is unknown. Like the nearby {{Term|BotW|Mabe Village}}, the {{Term|BotW|Ranch}} was attacked in the {{Term|BotW|Great Calamity|link}} one hundred years prior to {{Term|BotW|Link|link}}'s awakening following his {{Term|BotW|Slumber of Restoration|link}}. Its residents are not thought to have survived due to its proximity to {{Term|BotW|Hyrule Castle|link}}, though any that may have would have crossed the {{Term|BotW|Horwell Bridge|link}} and passed through the {{Term|BotW|Dueling Peaks|link}} to the southeast to reach {{Term|BotW|Fort Hateno|link}} under the direction of .<ref name="CaC 397"/> Prior to its destruction, it was likely used as a training ground for {{Plural|BotW|Horse|link}}.<ref>{{Cite Book|quote= |book= CaC |publisher= |page= 395}}</ref>
