As adult Link, you can meet him in [[Gerudo Valley]] in the carpenters tent. He will challenge you to a race from the tent to the bridge outside the [[Kokiri Forest]]. No matter how fast you are, he will always beat you with a second though your fastest time will be recorded in Link's House in Kokiri Forest. Not even with a gameshark is it possible.
