Skull Necklaces are spoil items from The Wind Waker.
Location
Skull Necklaces are kept by Moblins. Link can obtain a necklace by either defeating a Moblin or by using the Grappling Hook to seize it at once. A few are hidden inside Treasure Chests as well.
Uses
If Link gives three Skull Necklaces to Dampa, the guy standing near the Bomb Shop on Windfall Island, he will let Link play a minigame where he has to caught all his three Pigs. In The Wind Waker HD, Link can receive a Treasure Chart for winning the minigame. Giving 20 Skull Necklaces to Maggie's Father will earn Link another Treasure Chart.
