Should we have these pages?

With the new SS trailer released, there were a lot of new enemies that were demonstrated. ZeldaDungeon.net has a page listing all of these enemies, although some of them have names made up since their official names have obviously not been released yet. My question is, should we allow these pages? We did not even have a page for the Template:It when it was first shown since 1) it didn't have an official name; 2) too much speculation. I think maybe we should just hold on creating pages for enemies that don't have official names yet (likewise for the mysterious person that was shown in the trailer, and the fact that Link has a harp equipped). Thoughts? Dany36 23:01, 7 March 2011 (EST)

I'd go with this idea, definitely. The problem lies in users that take it upon themselves to create these pages, without the knowledge that this is being discussed. Perhaps we should restrict page creation to autoconfirmed until the game comes out? That seems a bit too serious a restriction, but may be the only way to drastically curb speculative pages. I thought that since the page is already created (and will eventually be legitimate), there's no use in taking it down only to put it back up... — ciprianotalk 23:25, 7 March 2011 (EST)

Date Error

Hey Cipriano. Sorry to say this, but Iwata's keynote was in March 2, 2011, not March 1, 2011. LegendofZelda1996 20:06, 7 March 2011 (PST)

Ah, my typo. Thanks for catching that! — ciprianotalk 23:30, 10 March 2011 (EST)

Trivia

In what way is "Koloktos" a "homogram" of Colossus? I think its a lot more likely that it came from clock (kolok) and the suffix -os (base of suffixes -fos and -mos, one used for humaniod monsters, one used for statues monsters), implying that this is clockwork monster or something.
