:If you ask me, every in-game picture from OoT should be updated to an equivalent one from OoT3D :p But the issue with that is getting high-quality pictures. DS emulators don't exactly work very well, I'd imagine 3DS emulators would be even tougher. I'm guessing this "The Gift" guy meant this cutscene https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BTv7oNALcN4 as you can see, he's just there. It's the same position used in the "Ocarina pedestal" cutscene. The fact he clips into the ice makes me believe he wasn't really intended to be there...then again, Zora's Fountain is full of mysteries so who knows.
