Where you find it:
Tarm Ruins lies in the most south-western corner of Hyrule in The Minish Cap.
Enemies:
Here you find enemies like Armos, Tektites and Ropes. If you have done a certain Kinstone Fusion you can also find a Golden Octorok here
Dungeons:
In the most north-east corner of Tarm Ruins lies Fortress of Winds, where Link can get the Mole Mitts and the Ocarina of Wind.

In Tarm Ruins you can find 6 happenings that is made by Kinstone Fusions you already have done. 1. A Joy Butterfly. 2. A Chest with a bomb bag upgrade. 3. A Chest with 200 Mysterious Shells 4. A Golden Octorok 5. A Minsish crack 6. A BeanStealk which leads up on a cloud which on you can find a Large Chest with a quiver upgrade in.
