Tingle the "Fairy"
Tingle is a 35 year old man who thinks he is a Fairy and first made his appearance in Majora's Mask. He wears green tights accented with red, and appears in various Legend of Zelda games to help out in usually bizarre ways. His spell phrase is "Tingle, Tingle, Kooloo-Limpah.", and he seems to be quite an apt cartographer considering the many maps he can give Link. In The Wind Waker, Tingle could be called upon using an item called the Tingle Tuner to give Link various forms of help, like the odd-but-fun hovering power-up called the Tingle Balloon.
