Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland

File:TRR Art.png
Official Art From TRR

I think this is a great work of art from TRR, and it shows the complete nature of the game, along with some rare images of our favorite characters. It is an enjoyable piece of work, with a light-hearted atmosphere.Alter  {T C B H } 21:56, 31 January 2009 (UTC)

  1. Great image. Much better than the one I nominated a while ago.--Link hero of light 16:26, 28 March 2009 (UTC)
  2. This is a great picture of Tingle from his own game and it also shows Uncle Rupee. Tingle being one of the more famous and recurring characters of the Zelda franchise I think he deserves to be featured and this picture fits those qualities.--Kresh64 21:58, 20 April 2009 (UTC)
  3. I really like this image, as it shows the basic map for the game, the tower, uncle Rupee, and ofcourse Tingle! It is very well drawn, and I think that it definetly is worth being featured. --Purlo 15:46, 31 May 2009 (UTC)
  4. I support this image. Mases 07:09, 2 August 2009 (UTC)
  5. I had wanted to upload and nominate this image before I left. This is one of my favourite pieces of "Zelda" artwork, because it's filled with so many details about its game, all combined in one breath-taking image that actually manages to make me want to pick up the game (again). IfIHaveTo 08:04, 2 August 2009 (UTC)
  6. I'm going to have to pick this image. The other is ok while this image is amazingly brilliant. This image has a lot more going on as stated above. (It shows the map, Uncle Rupee, etc. While the other image is the standard "Imma floating with me hat again" image. User:Austin/sig 01:48, 28 September 2009 (UTC)
  7. Although Tingle is the 2nd creepiest character in Zelda history this picture is lovely a truly stunning pic :D ~Charlie P. ;) 20:30, 13 July 2010 (UTC)

  1. Well for this image there is a bit of an issue. It both is low resolution and poor quality. There's a better one at Zelda Europe you can use if you link back to them. - AtrumLevis  (My Talk Page) (My Contributions) 23:11, 10 May 2010 (UTC)
Actually, the problem is that one has the title on it. I removed it from this puppy. Furthermore, it's an image copyrighted by Nintendo; we don't need to link back. :P Alter  {T C B H } 00:31, May 12, 2010 (UTC)

  • Well at least this is better than that other Tingle image above. This appears to be in a good size too, but that's all I can really say. The Goron Moron 06:32, 1 February 2009 (UTC)
  • Yeah, I like that all the birds are wearing the same clothes as Tingle...Olle93 23:01, 1 February 2009 (UTC)

Ambrosia Lite

Ambrosia Lite. Have some.

This image really sums up the awesomeness of the Valiant Comics. Whether you're a fan or not, this is a fun, high-quality image (as high as it can get), which 99% of the Zelda population has never seen before now. Cast your vote below, and remember- drink responsibly. Alter  {T C B H } 05:46, December 16, 2009 (UTC)

  1. I don't know why, but I really like this image. Like Alter mentioned, it's not a well-known image, and the details are pretty amazing. Definitely should be featured! Dany36 05:52, 16 December 2009 (UTC)
  2. This is a great image. Good quality considering it's from the comics, and while some people may wonder why an image like this could be featured, I think that the curiosity raised is a nice opportunity for Zelda fans to learn about the comics. Given their age, there's a good chance that later-generation fans may have never even heard of them before. Lysia 09:11, 6 January 2010 (UTC)
  3. Definitely. I still need to get those comics, anyway it'll be good to raise awareness the comics and the older games. PureLocke 22:08, 28 May 2010 (UTC)
  4. Wow, totally unique, and the quality is surprisingly good. I say we have more obscure pics like this in the future! Pyrobomber(T)(C) 02:23, 18 June 2010 (UTC)

1. To me, this seems like a rather small part of Zelda and Valiant Comics. It is deatiled, but there's nothing special about it. --F4{[Domino29]} 21:17, 12 August 2010 (EDT)

Link vs Dark Link Artwork

File:Darklink1.jpg
Link vs Dark Link

A great picture that accurately depicts the final fight in The Adventure of Link against Dark Link. Although the colors might be dull, the drawing style is great and makes up for it. Let's show Adventure of Link some love! :P Dany36 21:15, 6 June 2010 (UTC)

  1. It's a great photo, not widely known, too. This picture captures perfectly the epicness and tenseness of AoL. It's a sweet pic, as far as I care. :3 :D Zelda nexgen 21:24, 1 July 2010 (UTC)
  2. This is an exciting, vibrant image! I think it captures what The Adventure of Link was to fans back when it was released, as opposed to how it is looked at today. It originally had such an epic feeling, compared to the grainy, side-scrolling quest that today's fans envision when the term "Adventure of Link". It honestly makes me miss those days back then, but I'm glad we have this art around to help remind us of the joy. Plus, it's a nice-sized picture and is pretty high-quality. Alter  {T C B H } 04:22, July 17, 2010 (UTC)
  3. This is a great image, and it's one of the few pieces of official art to feature Dark Link, and it's definitely the best. I'm more intrigued by the fact that they each have the Master Sword, but I know this art was made when ALttP was released. Noble Wrot 22:51, 17 July 2010 (UTC)

Impa and Link Artwork

File:LinkImpa.png
Impa and Link

I'm not sure what it is that caused me to look at this picture and think "Oh, boy! I think I'll nominate this for a Featured Image!". For some reason, it just struck as interesting, in a good sort of way. I love the image as a whole; it feels reminiscent of Hansel and Gretel in both theme and art (though Impa hardly fulfills the role of the witch). The piece of art itself is rare, having been scanned from an original Japanese guide for The Legend of Zelda, and is of good quality and size. And the transparency job's not too bad, either. I should know, as I took care of that myself ;) Alter  {T C B H } 04:22, July 17, 2010 (UTC)

Scenery from Skyward Sword

File:SS Scenery .jpg
Skyward Sword scenery

Nintendo has described the graphical style of this game as "a painting coming to life", and who could argue? With its great quality and breathtaking view, this image deserves to be featured. Minda of Darkness

  1. I support it. It'sa really good image to add and I like the art style. - AtrumLevis  (My Talk Page) (My Contributions) 14:53, 5 September 2010 (EDT)
  2. Ooh... pretty. Nice, well-drawn image. I think it seems to do a nice job of representing what we've seen of Skyward Sword thus far. However, the image is somewhat bland, and seems to not have any actual focus. The reason I'm OK with that is because there are no other featured images of just scenery.
