I simply think that there's more than four, because, supposedly, Ordon province isn't part of Main Hyrule. So, I believe that EVERY province should have one. However, Neither of the other provinces is named after a goddess, it's unknown what, if they exist, their names would be. However, there's equal reason to beleive there ARE only four. :Well, if there were more than four, then Zant's forces would have taken their light too. Thereby having Twilight descend upon those provinces.
