Book of Secrets

I haven't been able to find any confirmation on this item's name in any text dump, so I'd like to know if "Book/Tome/Journal of Secrets" is a fanon name or a canon one, and in the latter case, where I can find "proof". I did find something called "Farore's Memory" in the text dump. Is that what the book is called? IfIHaveTo (talk) 10:49, 29 December 2007 (UTC)

Many i read did a bit of research and many players believed that is was her diary or journal. I had a very difficult time finding the name of the book, but many people claimed to know that it was called the book of secrets. I also got a lot of info on the Farore article, that i was slightly suspicious about. Unfortunately, many people think they know stuff, rather than that they know stuff. Even I am sometimes surprised to find out what I thought to know was wrong. I have not been able to find confirmation on the name. That doesn't have to be bad, as this wiki also accepts commonly used fanon names (provided it is stated that it's a fanon name) for items, events etc. that do not have an official name. Taking a look at this though, I think we should rename this "Farore's Memory", with the earlier mentioned names in a theory section. IfIHaveTo (talk) 11:08, 31 December 2007 (UTC)

I am glad you helped. It doesn't seem very necessary to mark it as a stub. But i'll still do all I can to find more information. Some of the sources are the kind you'd only go to if you were REALLY desperate (which I was). If you find a site that we can truly count on, tell me as soon as possible. Linking Secrets

The names I listed came from OoA. I noticed that some of the names in OoS are different. So if any of you are going through these, see how they match up and I guess we'd have to format it as OoA secret name/OoS secret name or something. Axiomist (talk) 19:56, 18 June 2008 (UTC)
