Cargo wikitext issue

I switched the term and plural columns to wikitext but they still cause issues and do not allow us to do anything like using Template:Icon when storing terms. This is an issue for the Intact Weapons, which use a special icon for their names. We have had to go back to using the sparkle emoji instead in the meantime.
