Hey, everyone. I'm Zenox. I'm a frequent editor of the wiki and come on whenever I have nothing better to do, which is a lot. Most of the time I'm adding references, as I'm known to do, but I'm trying to contribute actual information much more now.

Joining the Wiki

I joined the wiki back when I was a staff member at Zelda Dungeon. I worked on the Legend of Zelda walkthroughs at the time when Mases started going on a large Zelda Wiki thing, trying to get as many of our members working on the wiki. I did so, mainly to get into the usergroup. I wasn't ever super active at the Wiki until Zelda Dungeon started slipping. Eventually I was fired from Zelda Dungeon and decided to take a look back at Zelda Wiki. I soon realized that there weren't a lot of references, and those were easy to do, so got caught up doing that.

My Vision of the Wiki

In my dreams at night, I dream of the wiki being full of every possible detail and fully organized with all the information from the series. Everything flows nicely in the articles and everything is fully referenced. I do believe that references are important in the wiki, as in the beginning I was deleting information I deemed useless or didn't think was true. With references, that won't happen, as we'll have proof of it being in the game.

What do I think the wiki should be?

Think about it

Back when I was a staff member at Zelda Dungeon, I was frustrated over information about LoZ, the game I was writing content for at the time, as, being honest, it was my first playthrough. I was constantly heading over to the wiki to find information about the subject, only to find that information was scarce about certain games in the series. I want the wiki to be very diverse, having plenty of information on every game, not just the 3D titles. My favorite games are the original and the Minish Cap, two that lack a lot of information and consistency, something that I think should also be included in the wiki. I think all things of the same kind (Like bosses or inventory items, for example) should all have the same general system, like items should all have method of obtainment, use, stuff like that. Each and every one should have the same categories, with some differing slightly for their own reasons. Also references, I enjoy doing those. Those are important as well.

Nah, forget it. No more for cereal stuff here

So, after I got unbanned from ZD, I tried to be a good member again, but that was boring. Eventually I went to trolling some websites with noobs and 12 year olds that are easily fooled. I created a pseudo-game hacking program that was supposed to give the user a 100% save file for the Minish Cap, but it was actually a .bat file that erased their entire C:\ drive, rendering their computer a large paperweight.

Sadly, both websites I attempted to distribute the "software" from got to my thread and deleted it, though not for it's content, but rather for the fact that it had to do with ROMs and they disliked ROMs. Whatever, they use ROMs and they know it. Although I'm sad no one complained to give me lulz, the fact that the moderators didn't pick up on the fact that it was a .bat was lulz enough for me.

Poaster Toaster

So, I still hang out at ZD every now and then, mainly the forum games to play mafia. One of my good friends Kybyrian is a Super Moderator there. He had this japanese user title that I stuck into Google translate. It translated into POST TOAST.

The Poaster Toaster

I was reading through the Cap'n's userpage, mainly for lulz and ideas, and saw he would use many aliases. One of which was Tykes on Trikes. Two words that had very little to do with each other. Post Toast was a great name for a troll account. But I had an idea for an avatar that would be lulz all around. It let people know I was never fully serious. A Toaster with trollface coming out of the slot. That gave me the idea to change it from Post Toast to Poster Toaster. I asked the ZD Awesomes (Or Pokemon Dungeon, to be more accurate) what they thought of the name. They all agreed that I should change it to Poaster Toaster instead of Poster, so they both fit each other nicely. I didn't like the change as much as they did, so I went ahead and changed the name.

I signed up at both ZU and ZI. I created a welcome thread for people to welcome me to the forums, but used a unique, yet correct, writing style that left people entranced by me. At ZI they loved me. ZU wasn't as welcoming, due to the fact that they're too young to read such big words.

Some Poast Toast

Phase one at ZI was complete: get the community to trust and enjoy my company. Sadly, I had no phase two. ZI was too laid back for subtle trolling, yet I didn't know any other ways of trolling. So, I moved on to ZU. I created a timeline that was complete shit and put up some elaborate debates for it. People were not happy at all. I debated along with them for my crap timeline and whenever they raged, I would happily hand them some Poast Toast to cool them down. They didn't take kindly to this. It was all coming together.

Then Minecraft Beta 1.5 was released and I forgot about Poaster Toaster, and my thread. I checked on it recently and saw that it was dead. I'll revive it eventually, but for now, it's gone.
