~Answer to your Quetion at Hyrule Castle~
Do the Image Templates have to say exactly where the uploaded the picture came from? Can I find a site that has the exact same image and say it came from that site? I'm sorry if I'm not making any sense, I don't know how else to put it.--Link hero of light 03:27, 27 January 2009 (UTC) ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
You mean, if you have an image, lets say one of Link, and you can find it not only in one place, but on another website, too. And you are wondering if you give the credit to that website... If you have two images, they are exactally the same, one is on XXXXXX.com and the other is on YYYYYY.com, and you take the one from XXXXXX.com, and wonder if you should give credit to YYYYYY.com. You should stick with the website you got it from (XXXXXX.com), and not the other website (YYYYYY.com). I'm sorry if that didn't help^^'~Bongo Bongo~ 01:17, 29 January 2009 (UTC)

It's a very good image. I've never seen it before.--Link hero of light 22:12, 31 January 2009 (UTC)
Why, thank you! Not many people have- it's only appearance is on the inside cover of TRR. lol I couldn't find it online anywhere, so I had to scan it myself. —Alter {T C B H } 22:18, 31 January 2009 (UTC)
Welcome messages
Hi (or hello?)
Just a quick note on welcoming new users to the wiki; I've noticed that recently you've used either the wrong template or incorrect formatting to do this. The correct (and only) way we should be using the welcome templates is:
{{subst:hi|<yourusernamehere>}}
I've noticed a lot of variations on this, mainly either forgetting to "subst" or using the Hello tempalte directly, but neither are correct. The subst is necessary as it places the entire paragraph of text in the user's talk page (a lot clearer and easier to understand/respond to for a new or inexperienced user). Using the Hello template is not appropriate as it misses off the section header; also, why would you want to type something longer than necessary? ;) Please don't think I'm nagging for the sake of it, I just think that with so few of us actually doing the welcoming, it'd be nice to get some consistency going. Thanks! —Adam [ talk ] 07:11, 6 February 2009 (UTC)
- I might also add that you should change the edit summary to say Welcome. That makes it look more professional.Emma (Talk) 08:22, February 6, 2009 (UTC)
Oh, thanks for telling me. Can you tell me if this is right?

Matt, I'm not sure what you mean by making the edit summary say welcome. Can you tell me that means? --Link hero of light 03:40, 7 February 2009 (UTC)
I get it. Thanks to all of you for telling me.--Link hero of light 06:08, 7 February 2009 (UTC)
