Multiple Edits

Hi there! I've noticed that you've been making a lot of multiple edits to pages. If you use the "Show Preview" button before you save your edit, you can see the work you've done and tweak it if it doesn't look right. I've been told this helps alleviate stress on the servers. Try it out! =) Embyr 75  --Talk-- 20:55, 3 June 2010 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Box fixed

Fixed your box issue. Where it says {{{1}}} on the page, you put something like 1=Blah blah. Anything in 1= will be put into {{{1}}}. Need any more help, just ask me or some of the Administrators. - AtrumLevis  (My Talk Page) (My Contributions) 23:23, 3 June 2010 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Wowzer.. Yusei and I were fixing it at the same time O.OMandi Talk 23:36, June 3, 2010 (UTC)
Heh. I'm a ninja! - AtrumLevis  (My Talk Page) (My Contributions) 23:48, 3 June 2010 (UTC)Reply[reply]
You're close, Yusei. {{{1}}} is actually used simply by placing a pipe in the template. If you place anything besides a number, though, you will have to define it ({{{this}}} would have to be used like this {{template|this=stuff}}) There you go :PUser:Justin ZW/sig 23:51, 3 June 2010 (UTC)

Ref tags

Ref tags are to be used to quote people from Zelda games. The page you undid was using the ref tags correctly. Leave the ref tags to more experienced users. :P - AtrumLevis  (My Talk Page) (My Contributions) 23:48, 3 June 2010 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Signatures

Hello! I noticed that you seem to be having some trouble with the signature coding — don't worry, it happens a lot. You only need to type one thing:

~~~~
That's it. Just those four tildes. They automatically add your name and the time you made your post when you save the page, so you don't have to type any of that yourself! Hope this helped, and thank you for your contributions!
If you still have questions, feel free to ask me on my talk page!Mandi Talk 00:24, June 4, 2010 (UTC)
Fan art
Hey there! Me and the rest of the staff noticed that you've been uploading a lot of fan art. While, there's no rule against this, Zelda Wiki isn't exactly the place to host your images :P If you put some of them on your userpage, that'll be fine, but just having them floating around like they are now isn't really recommended. Because, we can't really use these images anywhere except on a userpage, since fan art isn't allowed in our articles. Mandi Talk 03:57, January 26, 2011 (UTC)
I'm sorry! Haha I've got no clue what I'm doing! How do you put pictures on userpages? Linkissohot 19:44, 26 January 2011 (EST)
Also, I don't really need all that art on the website. My friends suggested I do it, but I don't care if it isn't there. How do you remove some of it? ...I should really learn more about this stuff! Linkissohot 20:02, 26 January 2011 (EST)
Just add the file name between two brackets, [[example.jpg]] You can adjust the file sizes to your liking.Mandi Talk 01:04, January 27, 2011 (UTC)
