Hello there! My name is Jieyang and I'm going around saying hi to admins in the community. I joined about two weeks ago but you'll be seeing me around more in the future. I didn't have the opportunity to play any of the Zelda games growing up because we didn't have any consoles in the house when I was a kid. But I was able to enjoy them on the 3DS in my later years. And, of course, BOTW is absolutely phenomenal and I guess now we're all just... waiting for TOTK.

Add new traduction for Colgera's page
Hello, i think we can add the meaning of the french name of Colgera: Glagayla wich is a portemanteau between Gla wich is an honomatopee wich express the cold and Gayla wich is the french name of Molgera.

- Okay, I understand. It was an image from the liner notes of a music album Diabolus in Musica, so I thought it would be okay. Does this wiki try to be family-friendly to the best of its ability? I know by comparison, the Super Mario Wiki does not aim to censor its content.

I literally seen you as a friend, and I have said only nice things about you to other people in NIWA, like you were one of the only people who checked to see if I was okay when I left Discord. - We do try to be family-friendly on-wiki as we have to assume children are viewing the site. Our content is inherently family-friendly as the Zelda series is generally so. I don't think it's fair to call that content censorship—it's really more about exercising an appropriate level of restraint in how you interact with the community on your user page and on talk pages.
- You're free to like whatever music you like, but what's appropriate for a metal band's music album is not the same as what's appropriate for Zelda Wiki. Please exercise better judgement in the future.
- I'm happy to be your friend, but I think you should ask yourself why you feel the need to state that on your talk page. Are you using my name to lend yourself credibility? Who is that message for? PhantomCaleb (talk) 09:45, 2 June 2025 (UTC)

Hi, just wanted to inform that I take the GNU Free Documentation License seriously, and it demands my growth and maturity as a wiki editor.
Now, this is just me talking from experience, but did you know that if a GFDL article reuses from two sources it cannot share an article title with either? Pretty nuts. Because I aim responsibility, I've taken the effort to fix that mistake on GFDL projects that I'm doing.
The "big four" of Mario-related sphere now each have GNU wiki projects (not trying to advertise so I won't link). Super Mario Wiki used to be GFDL, so used to be like a brother to the wiki. Hope those days can return in some form or another.
P.S. for transparency's sake, I have a "public domain commitment" wiki, made with help from Gemini and being extremely careful about prose and accuracy of the information. It takes HOURS. I did a Princess Zelda article on the wiki (Mario Scrolls), and ensure that I didn't and won't use Zelda Wiki within, even if the uncopyrightable facts are freed from the expression (which includes the arrangement of facts).
