:Well, one way is through the normal patrolling-of-the-recent-changes-page. I see someone's edit on some random page, and while checking it to make sure I don't need to undo it or something, I may notice that something else about the page needs an edit or two. So I do that. And sometimes I just get bored and hit "Random Page" until I find something lacking in quality that I can lend my skillz to. I recommend adding some specific categories to the 'To Do' list on the Castle Town page. For example, the sidequest page and category could be much more than it is.
