The Nintendo Gallery is located a little way from Forest Haven in The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker. Once you find a way inside, you'll meet Carlov who will carve a figurine of any enemy or person you want. All you have to do is show him a pictograph. NOTE:it has to be in color.
