The Marathon Man is a character in Ocarina of Time. He runs around Hyrule Field when you are young Link, and you can sell him a Bunny Hood.
As adult Link, you can meet him in Gerudo Valley in the carpenters tent. He will challenge you to a race from the tent to the bridge outside the Kokiri Forest. No matter how fast you are, he will always beat you with a second.
Tha Marathon Man is the Hyrulean counterpart of the Termina Postman from Majora's Mask.
