The Tokay Eyeball is a quest item that is obtained from the captain of the Piratians after giving him the Zora Scale in Oracle of Ages.[1] Once it is inserted into the statue of a Tokay on Crescent Island, the path to the Sea of No Return and the Ancient Tomb will open.[2]
