Nayru is the Oracle of Ages.
She first appears in the Oracle of Ages. She is a singer with one of the finest voices ever heard in Labrynna. However, her true identity as the Oracle of Ages is exposed when Veran possesses her in order to take control of Naryu's ability to control the flow of time. Ralph, her protector whom she has known since they were both little, is a close friend of hers. Nayru also possesses a mystical instrument known as the Harp of Ages, which allows Link to shift through the folds of time.
Nayru also appears in The Minish Cap, where it is mentioned that she descends from a long line of priestesses in Labrynna. She is one of the sisters in the inn (along with Din, the Oracle of Seasons and Farore, the Oracle of Secrets).
It has been theorized that she is an incarnation of the goddess Nayru herself.
Quote from The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap Nayru figurine:
"She's looking for a house in Hyrule to move into. She is a descended from a line of priestesses in the land of Labrynna."
