The Milk Bar, referred to in-game as Lattè, is a members-only establishment that offer customers milk and a stage for bands and other entertainment. The bar opens after 10 p.m. and those without proof of membership will be refused entry. The Romani Mask, obtained after completing the Bomber's Notebook entry for Cremia, will assure Link his admission into the exclusive bar.

The Milk Bar is also the only place which Link can purchase the magic altering milk Chateau Romani from for 200 rupees.

It is believed that it was this bar that started the in-joke of Hylian milk being, naturally or not, alcoholic and served in bars.[citation needed]

Ballad of the Wind Fish

By speaking to the Zora manager, Toto near the stage, Link can participate in a set up for the band, the Indigo-Gos. By donning each mask and playing their specific part in the song, as orchestrated by the manager, Link will not only complete his Bomber's Notebook entry for Toto, but also receive the Circus Leader's Mask from Gorman who happens to be listening in on the performance.

The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass

A small milk bar located on Mercay Island plays a minor role in Phantom Hourglass. Early on, Link visited it while searching for Linebeck, a captain of a ship, though he wasn't there when Link came in. The only people at the bar are the bartender and an old man; otherwise, it is empty. A picture of Tingle hangs on the wall.
