Gooey Swamp is an area in the Second Continent in Freshly-Picked Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland.

Dungeon

The dungeon in this area is called Insect Cavern. In this dungeon are dark rooms and rooms filled with poisonous gas. The dungeon's boss is a reappearance of Death Bug.

Local Speciality

The Gooey Swamp's local specialty is the Gooey Tartare. The recipe for Gooey Tartare is as follows:

Other information

  • In this area, Tingle can use his Bone Ocarina to summon the pirates. To progress on Mount Desma, Tingle will have to return to Gooey Swamp to help the pirates who are under attack by Death Bugs.
  • Tingle can earn many Rupees by finding and catching the butterflies in this area. There are two butterflies in Gooey Swamp, and one in Steamy Marsh.
  • An empty jar can be bought from the Explorer's Assistant for 1050 Rupees.
