Stage vs. Level (and others!)

So... the game refers to the various levels as "stages", so I changed all the instances of "level" in the article to "stage". Also, shouldn't stage 9 be referred to as stage Final, considering that's what it's called in-game? I'll go with that in my stage-listing rewrite (which is almost done!).
