Template:Dungeons The Color Dungeon is a dungeon exclusive to Link's Awakening DX, which took advantage of the Game Boy Color's abilities and when completed rewarded Link with the "Power of Color" - a blue or red tunic. The former reduces damage taken by half, and the latter doubles damage dealt. The dungeon is only accessible on the Game Boy Color, while Link is not in the midst of any other game quest, such as acquiring a key to a dungeon. It is not required to conquer this dungeon in order to finish the game, as it does not contain one of the Eight Instruments of the Siren. To enter it, Link must solve the tombstone puzzle in the Graveyard, then tell each guard what color tunic they're wearing. The dungeon features background music remixed from the dungeon music of The Legend of Zelda. Its major puzzles involve color; in some rooms Link must traverse on tiles that bounce and change color, then disappear. In others he must hit switches to change their colors to the same, or throw shelled enemies into matching-color holes.
