Fairy Queen
The Fairy Queen is the Queen of all fairies in the Wind Waker. She can be found in the Mother and Child Isles, accessed only by the Ballad of Gales and after the second half of Forsaken Fortress. She rewards you with the Fire Arrow and Ice Arrow after beating the Tower of the Gods. She carries a Great Fairy doll. Unlike great fairies, she looks like a small girl and flirts with link when getting the fire and ice arrows.
