Water can be carried in an Empty Bottle. It restores some withered plants, such as the Bomb Plants near Dragon Roost Pond in The Wind Waker, Magic Beans in Ocarina of Time or bean stalks in The Minish Cap. In The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, bottled water can be used to pour on various objects, such as watering and growing pumpkins and getting a reaction from some people you pour it on. The description for it says that you can use it to pour on various objects. However, besides that, there is no real use of it.
