Warship

This vessel is equipped with a cannon, and will persistently fire bombs at Link’s boat. By sailing near to the Battleship, it will be unable to hit you. These ships can only be damaged once Link has found the bombs, which can then be fired from his own cannon. Three hits from the cannon will sink the Battleship, usually leaving a Light Ring and a Treasure Sphere.

They reappear in Phantom Hourglass, this time crewed by Miniblin pirates. The larger ships with wooden prows will attempt to board Link's ship, while the smaller metal ones provide cover fire. When destroyed, they often leave behind ship parts that can be dredged up with the Salvage Arm.
