The Tower of Summer is a tower located in the sunken Temple of Seasons in Subrosia from Oracle of Seasons. You must be on a date with Rosa in order to access this tower, seeing how she has a master key that can unlock any door. Once inside, you must bomb your way to the staircase where you will meet Spirit of Summer. She will power up your Rod of Seasons with your second season, Summer.
