Purpose

This template creates a interwiki link to another wiki. The most common application for this would be links to NIWA Wikis.

Usage

Basic

For basic use of this template, type:
    {{W|Prefix |Page }}

• Prefix — The prefix for the target wiki. See Special:Interwiki for a full list of all available prefixes.
• Page — The page on the target wiki to link to.

Advanced

More advanced options for editing how the link displays is also available in the form:
    {{W|Prefix |Page |Display Text |Alternate Text }}

• Display Text — Text to display for the link, if it is to be different than the page name. Any formatting, such as fonts or colors, would be applied to the text entered here.
• Alternate Text — Different alternate text to display for the link.
