There are two islands here and they're both created out of movable blocks. While one can climb onto the larger of the two islands, the second is too high. The proper way to reach the second island would be to latch onto its tree with the Hookshot, but it is also possible to glide there with the Deku Leaf. The main island possesses a Heart Piece on top of the island. All you have to do is move some blocks and climb all the way up. The smaller island has a Secret Cave where one can obtain 200 rupees.
Apparently the Great Fairies were born here.
