Characteristics
They appear in Steamy Marsh. As their name implies, they are Squirrels that have taken to curling up on Bomb Fruit. They usually spend their time sleeping on the fruit; this is the best time to attack. Attacking at any other time runs the risk of the Squirrel setting off the bomb. The Bomb Hugging Squirrel will explode with the bomb, causing damage to Tingle. They drop Bomb Fruit when defeated.
Some Squirrels also appear on the Squirrel Wheel in the Steamy Marsh. They will run on the wheel when touched, but they will not attack and cannot be harmed.
