Glitches in Ocarina of Time Master Quest

These are the glitches which are possible to be performed in Master Quest. Please read the Glitch Disclaimer Notes before attempting any of the glitches on this page.
Skip the Water Temple
Once you've meet Ruto, get the water up to the half way level, then sink underwater and go back to the room Ruto was in. Float up to the platform, and bomb the wall. Use the Hookshot to shoot a pattern on the back wall (Use Navi), and a chest will appear with the Longshot inside. Now raise the water to the top, and longshot over to the platform leading to the boss chamber. Once in the room with the hill, and metal things, use the longshot to hit a switch above the door. Then longshot onto the pole that appears atop the hill. With your sword drawn, side jump off the pole, and press B and forward, and you should get through the door, without the boss key. It may take a few tries. Then just defeat Morpha, and the temple is finished, with the Longshot needed for later.
Get Light arrows early
To get light arrows early, go through the forest temple until you get the Fairy Bow, the fire temple for the hammer, and the water temple to get the longshot, and beat all the shadow and spirit temple. When you beat these two, go back to the temple of time. Since the game assumes you have beat all the temple, the cutscene where sheik becomes Zelda and gives you the light arrows will play. However, you will be unable to get to Gannon's Castle until all the temple's bosses are defeated.
Sun Song immunity
It is unknown what causes this, but sometimes, the ReDeads inside Kakariko Well will not become frozen when the Sun Song is played.
Prelude of Light never learned
In some rare cases, after beating the forest temple, you will be warped directly to the temple of temple upon stepping into the ring of light in the boss room once the boss is killed. Should this happen, Sheik will not be there, and you will never learn the Prelude of Light. This will not directly affect the rest of the game, but you will have to walk all the way to the temple of time every time you need to go there.
