Obsidian Short Swords are items in Cadence of Hyrule.[1]
Location and Uses
Obsidian Short Swords are a type of Short Sword whose damage increases as Link's beat combo rises, beginning from 1 and increasing to 2 and finally 3, then resetting back to 1 when the combo is lost. Like all Short Swords, they can only be wielded by Link, and can only be acquired either after he infuses the Short Sword with Obsidian at a Great Fairy Fountain, or if the blue Treasure Chest containing an already-infused one in Death Mountain is opened by Link.
They function identically to the Obsidian Dagger.
