Oyster

Oysters are large mollusk-like creatures that appear on the First Continent in Freshly-Picked Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland. Regular Oysters are found on Sunshine Seashore; Vitamin Plants are encountered later on in the Deku Forest.
Variations
Oyster
Regular sea-side Oysters yield pearls (worth 100 Rupees) which can be snatched from their open mouths. While stealing their pearls, Tingle must be cautious not to have them clamp down on him, causing him to lose 15 Rupees. Tingle can be freed from the Oyster's grip by tapping it with the stylus.
Vitamin Plant
Vitamin Plants, found within the Deku Forest, are nearly identical in behavior and appearance to their oceanic counterparts, although Vitamin Plants are green. Instead of pearls, Vitamin Plants hold Recipes and even people. If fed scrap broth, Vitamin Plants turn them into vitamin pills after a certain amount of time.
