Template:Item The Pouch, also known as the Adventure Pouch in Skyward Sword,[1] is a recurring item in Template:LZS.

Location and Uses

Skyward Sword

In Skyward Sword, the Adventure Pouch is given to Link by Fledge to aid him in his quest to find Zelda.[2] It can hold Medals, Shields, Bottles, Quivers, Bomb Bags, and Seed Satchels. When one of these items is obtained while the Adventure Pouch is full, the obtained item will be sent to the Item Check in the Bazaar. If Link has the Cursed Medal equipped, he cannot open his Adventure Pouch and cannot equip a Shield in exchange for Treasures and Rupees appearing more often.

The Adventure Pouch can hold up to four items when Link obtains it,[1] however, the pouch can be upgraded to increase its capacity. Each upgrade allows Link to carry an extra item in it. Three upgrades can be bought from Beedle's Air Shop for 300, 600, and 1,200 Rupees respectively. The final upgrade can be found inside a Goddess Cube Chest at Pumpkin Landing that can be unlocked by striking a Goddess Cube found outside Skyview Temple.

A Link Between Worlds

In A Link Between Worlds, the Pouch can be found on a tree stump in the Haunted Grove. Once Link finds it, the Blacksmith's Wife tells him that she made it for him and that Gulley wanted to give it to him.[3] The Pouch allows Link to equip an item to the X Button as well.

  1. 1.0 1.1 "It's an Adventure Pouch. It's for adventures... It's neat because you can fit four things in it that you'll need on your big journey. You can buy all kinds of stuff on the bazaar that you can put in this pouch. You should go look! You should buy some potions and a shield. They'd fit into your pouch, and they might come in handy on an adventure." — Fledge (Skyward Sword)
  2. "That green uniform looks so... adventurous! You sure look like a knight now. The headmaster said you're heading out to look for Zelda. You're really something else. I could never imagine myself doing what you're about to do. I put a lot of work into making this. You should take it with you." — Fledge (Skyward Sword)
  3. "Oh, my stars! Gulley had that! I made it for you so you could carry more items. But he insisted on being the one who gave it to you." — Blacksmith's Wife (A Link Between Worlds)
