The Prize Postcard is an item you recieve from the Man of Smiles after defeating the Octoroks and Zora Warrior in his ship.
The Prize Postcard sits in your inventory until you post it (achieved by "talking" to a post box). The amount of Prize Postcards you can hold at once, or the actual prizes you get (if any) are unknown.
One can be certain of one thing; you want to lose. You don't win anything if you "win", but get a consolation prize if you "lose". One confirmed consolation prize, although the prizes are more likely than not random, is the Strange Chimney
