It is here that the Spirits of Light rest in Hyrule, protecting their provinces and securing the land from evil. In Twilight Princess, the spirit springs are centers for quests given by the Spirits, and also serve as an area to heal Link's wounds.
There are four springs, one in each province:
In their nature, the Spirit Springs are similar to the Fairy Fountains of previous games. By completing the many floors of the Cave of Ordeals, it is possible to make fairies appear in the Springs, accompanied by the Great Fairy.
