Stone Watcher Island is an island found in the Great Sea of The Wind Waker. On this island, there is a giant stone with a face engraved that is looking out to sea. This stone can be moved once Link has the Power Bracelets, which will reveal a secret cave full of enemies. Once all the enemies are defeated, a treasure chest will appear containing Triforce Chart #7.
A Piece of Heart can also be retrieved here by heading to a platform due east of the Stone Watcher Island, but the Bokoblins and the wall-mounted cannons must be taken out first.
