Aypo (pronounced /ˈaɪpoʊ/ EYE-POH)[1] is a character in The Faces of Evil.[2] He is an old man who lives in Nortinka.
Biography
Aypo is a reader who lives in his library atop the mountain summit of Nortinka. He offers to read a secret verse in the Book of Koridai once Link retrieves it.[3] When Link brings it to him, Aypo reveals that the Book is the only thing that can defeat Ganon.[4]
