Collecting Acorns is a Mini-Game that takes place over several locations throughout Hyrule. It is operated by the Hylians wearing Acorn caps. One of these Hylians is located directly west of Castle Town's wall.

The goal of Collecting Acorns is to gather all of the scattered Acorns in an area in a given amount of time by any means necessary.
