Rubeo is a character in Age of Calamity.[1]
Biography
Rubeo is the character which can be met at the Military Training Camp. He can train the Warriors and level them up in exchange for Rupees. However, Rubeo can only level up a Warrior to the level of the strongest Warrior. This means that if the strongest Warrior is level 60, other Warriors can only be leveled up to level 60. Using the same logic, the strongest Warrior cannot be leveled up.
