The game DOESN'T say "he" is male

I'm not referring to Nudge, I'm referring to his lookalike, who has no confirmed gender, has very large breasts, what seems to be based on female egyptian hair, and what appears to be a sleeveless dress. The edit was not intended to put into question Nudge's gender, but rather acknowledge that he's the only one with a lookalike who at least appears to be of the opposite gender, and with no evidence that his lookalike was intended on being male but plenty of evidence that he/she should be female, it should be mentioned on the page.
