Merge Sluggula and Nuranuru

Sluggula is named "Nuranur" in italian and "Naranul" in spanish. Could someone confirm his japanese name?↔ Jeangabin 11:23, 12 June 2010 (UTC)Reply[reply]

We'll wait until we have Sluggula's japanese name. Morover, one is minish-sized whereas the other is normal-sized. Jeangabin 06:42, 28 June 2010 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Sluggula's japanese name is confirmed here to be "Nuranuuru". Since Nuranuru hasn't an official english name, and as it shares its name and appearance with Sluggula, I suggest it to be merged with Sluggula. Jeangabin 22:06, 8 July 2010 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Hold on, our policy states that we are English encyclopedia, and that we are to go by English names only, not the Japanese ones. Merging these would be against that policy, so I'm afraid I'll have to decline my support. See Project:Quality Standards#Language and Localization Standards for my reasoning.User:Justin ZW/sig 12:18, 9 July 2010 (UTC)
Nuranuru is not officialy named in english, he is known among fans only by its japanese name or by the fanon name "Bomb Slug". It's a similar case for other enemies in A Link to the Past and those in The Adventure of Link. Jeangabin 12:23, 9 July 2010 (UTC)Reply[reply]
This is one of the reasons why I wish we could come to a conclusion in the discussion I brought up in the Castle Town page or whatever. Dany36 19:16, 9 July 2010 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Wow, I had no idea they're the same enemy. Its true, the name is identical, and it makes sense. So yeah, I'm all for this merge myself, as the enemy was definitely unnamed in ALttP. Fizzle 09:51, 17 October 2011 (EDT)

Merging

I'm going to go ahead and merge these two enemies, as Nuranuru has no official English name, and if Sluggula is the same enemy, then they should be under the same name. No reason why not. Fizzle 14:33, 5 November 2011 (EDT)
