Multiple edits

Hello! I noticed you've been making a lot of edits to the same page over a short time. Doing this puts a large strain on our server and clogs up the recent changes. So instead of saving a lot, use the "show preview" button next to the "save page" button. It'll allow you to view your edit for any mistakes so you don't have to make a lot of fixing edits or additional ones! :) Embyr 75  --Talk-- 11:46, 24 December 2011 (EST)

Yes, sorry about that, I have taken the message and started doing that, I thought I'd replied on this around christmas but I must've forgotten to save the page. The fact is that I did use the "Show Preview" button once in the beginning, without of course noticing the editing box below :( :) btw, I have a question. I see other user's signing, I see them ending with (EST) or (UTC), I'm guessing these are time zones but what time zone would I be in (Norway)? --NorskTW 21:17, 10 February 2012 (unknown)
Norway is CET (Central European Time). I find the timezone to be useless, though. The most important thing is the day/month/year. Just sign with four tildes (ie. ~~~~) and don't worry about the timezone. — Abdul [T] [C] [S]  16:18, 10 February 2012 (EST)
Thanks, but does this mean my vote on Kakariko Village as a featured article doesn't count? It signed it with (EST) NorskTW 03:37, 11 February 2012 (EST)
Nobody really cares about timezones, so your vote valid (as long as it abides by the rules of voting). Don't worry about your signature, as long as it shows your name and the current date. — Abdul [T] [C] [S]  07:12, 24 February 2012 (EST)
Thanks =D --Norrvegr (talk | contribs) 07:32, 24 February 2012 (EST)

Indestructible Enemies Edit

I'm new to zeldawiki and have no idea how you're supposed to contact someone, so feel free to delete this if this isn't the proper way to do it...

Anyway, I just wanted to say thanks for the edits on the Indestructible Enemies page - they were really good. It makes much more sense now. Thanks! —Preceding unsigned comment added by Lewismillholland (talk) 22:42, 28 July 2012

I wrote something about that on your talk :D --Norrvegr (talk | contribs) 18:46, 28 July 2012 (EDT)
And thanx to you too! ;) --Norrvegr (talk | contribs) 18:50, 28 July 2012 (EDT)

Hey There

Hey, I wanted to congratulate you for all that category work you've done lately. Phew! That must've been tiring. Anyway, just wanted to say that it hasn't gone unnoticed :)

One suggestion though: before making big additions or changes, you might want to bring it up at Hyrule Castle first to see what other users think. The reason why I say this is because if you go ahead and do it right away, and later it turns out everyone else is against it or thinks it should've been done differently, that's basically a whole lot of work for nothing. By consulting the other users and coming to a decision together, it saves everyone time and effort. Another advantage to this is other users will have a different perspective and might be able to help build on your idea before it gets carried out. I know, it does slow things down a bit, but in the long run, it's worth it. And, of course, I'm not saying you should let everyone know every time you want make an edit. But when it comes to big edits, it's something to consider.

That being said, we think you've been doing an awesome job so far. Keep it up! — Hylian King [*] 21:10, 24 August 2012 (EDT)

Thank you!! :D I'll do that. --Norrvegr (talk | contribs) 06:28, 25 August 2012 (EDT)
