Eagle is a character in Ripened Tingle's Balloon Trip of Love.[name references needed] He is first seen at the beginning of Page 10, standing next to an office where his mother works as a receptionist.
Biography
When Tingle enters a licensing office to apply for a passport, the receptionist, who is revealed to be Eagle's mother, informs him that he and his friends will need a work license as a requirement to obtain the passport. Then, Eagle's mother suggests to go see his son, who she calls "Shīshī-chan," and ask him for a job.
When Tingle meets Eagle, he will not pay attention, however, once Tingle calls him Shīshī-chan, he will get embarrassed and processed to help Tingle if he keeps that name as a secret.
