Paul is a boy from a very wealthy family, as seen in Freshly-Picked Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland. He enjoys taking vacations on his oddly designed hot-air balloon. He usually travels with his butler, known as Old Gent. Paul and Old Gent met a very strange man named Tingle, who helped them recover lost parts of the balloon after it crash-landed in the Icy Plains.[1]
