The Roc's Cape is an item that allows you to jump and glide over holes. In Oracle of Seasons it is a L-2 Roc's Feather hidden in Explorer's Crypt. In The Minish Cap it is a seperate item that is hidden in the Palace of Winds. It is also in Four Swords.
