Ocarina of Time
Link acquires six medallions on his journey through The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. After Link is awoken from seven years sleep by Rauru, he now must seek the five sages to help seal Ganondorf into the Sacred Realm. The Six Medalions are: Light Medallion, Forest Medallion, Fire Medallion, Water Medallion, Shadow Medallion, and Spirit Medallion
Additional Appearances
In The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, the medallions appear at various places such as doors in dungeons. All six are on the columns of Mirror Chamber in the Arbiter's Grounds. The water medallion has been broken for an unknown reason, but this may be related to the destruction of one of the Sages by Ganondorf just before his banishment.
